Afrikids Corporate Partnership Strategy

Client: AfriKids is a child rights organisation working in northern Ghana to alleviate child suffering and poverty. Their work ranges from the more traditional children’s projects including foster homes, schools and street child centres to more groundbreaking initiatives which tackle complex cultural issues including child trafficking, child labour and the spirit child phenomenon.

Project: CoCreate were engaged to work with AfriKids and support the development of a new strategic plan for their corporate partnerships strategy. We really enjoyed this project, as AfriKids were hugely responsive to the process and ideas that CoCreate brought. The end result was a creative strategy with clear goals and next steps, with the results already being seen across AfriKids partnership work.

Client Experience:
Working with CoCreate was hugely beneficial, giving us the opportunity to develop an effective strategy and operational plan. Andy was really supportive, asking all the right questions and was brilliant fun to work with. Follow up support enabled us to keep on track and fine tune our thinking. We felt like we’d found a new team member who cared as much as we did about the end result.
