CoCreate worked in partnership with streetfootballworld on a project for the Asian Football Confederation, the governing body of the game across Asia.

Project
CoCreate were engaged to support streetfootballworld in developing a new Social Responsibility strategy for the Asian Football Confederation in the build up to the FIFA World Cup 2022 in Qatar. CoCreate conducted extensive consultations with 46 Football Associations in Asia, as well as academic thought leaders, football experts, and NGOs specialised in Development through Football. Building on the interview findings and its own research, CoCreate led a task force collaborating across organisations to produce a final report outlining an ambitious Social Responsibility Vision for Asian football, and a roadmap for implementation over the next ten years.

Outcome
The strategy and outline roadmap have been delivered to the client, leading to a full implementation of the strategic plan and the selection of strategic community partners for the AFC to work with over the next 10 years.
