Threshold Sports Senior Leadership Development
Challenge
Threshold Sports is a dynamic company, delivering breathtaking mass participation challenges for the public, corporate and charity sector. As a rapidly growing organisation there was a need for leaders across the business to align on the values, behaviours and ways of working that would unlock greater collaboration and performance.
Programme
CoCreate designed an innovative programme, bringing together senior and mid level leaders for a joint launch event, before delivering separate development sessions for each group. We facilitated a 360 feedback process for each leader alongside an Emotional Intelligence report, using the insights gained to develop a broad range of leadership skills including coaching for performance, managing conflict, effective delegation and creating a collaborative culture. We followed this up with ongoing regular development sessions for the wider business, enabling them to continue to build trust and create alignment across the growing organisation.
Impact
The results were transformative – individually and organisationally – equipping senior leaders at Threshold to steer the company towards a successful acquisition by Infront.
